Welcome to www.peptasupply.com (the “Website”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) carefully before using this Website or placing an Order.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
Company Information
Pepta Supply B.V. (“Pepta Supply,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office in the Netherlands.
Our Products are supplied exclusively for scientific research purposes. By placing an Order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
1. Applicability
1.1 These T&C apply to all offers, Orders, deliveries of goods (“Products”), and related services provided by Pepta Supply B.V., as well as to all contractual relationships with Customers.
1.2 By placing an Order, you confirm that the Products are intended solely for research use only (“RUO”) and not for human consumption, veterinary use, food, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or any other prohibited or inappropriate applications.
1.3 Pepta Supply B.V. reserves the right to modify or update these T&C at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Website. Continued use of the Website or placing an Order after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.
2. Orders & Customer Obligations
2.1 To place an Order, the Customer must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
2.2 The Customer confirms that they are professionally qualified and capable of safely handling research materials in a controlled laboratory environment.
2.3 Orders are accepted only for legitimate research purposes and must comply with Dutch law, applicable European Union regulations, and the laws of the destination country.
2.4 By placing an Order, the Customer confirms that the Products will not be resold or used for human consumption, animal consumption, or any other prohibited purpose.
3. Product Information & Use
3.1 The Products supplied by Pepta Supply are synthetic research materials intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes.
3.2 Pepta Supply does not provide instructions or guidance regarding human or veterinary use, reconstitution, administration, or experimental application.
3.3 Certain blended peptide formulations (for example GLOW or KLOW) may not have individual Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for the final blend. However, individual peptide components used in such formulations are verified and documented separately.
4. Price, Payment & Delivery
4.1 All prices are listed in EUR and exclude shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be completed at the time of checkout.
4.3 Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability and shipping conditions.
4.4 The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Customer upon delivery. Ownership of the Products remains with Pepta Supply B.V. until full payment has been received.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Due to the specialized research nature of the Products, returns are generally accepted only in cases of verified defective Products.
5.2 If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, refunds or replacements may only be processed after the returned shipment has been received and inspected by Pepta Supply B.V.
5.3 All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Liability
6.1 Pepta Supply B.V. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including damages resulting from misuse of Products, improper handling, or use contrary to the intended research purpose.
6.2 Liability relating to defective Products is limited to replacement of the Product, replacement of missing items, or an appropriate price reduction, in accordance with applicable Dutch law.
6.3 Nothing in these T&C shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited under mandatory Dutch or European Union law.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and images, is the property of Pepta Supply B.V. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
7.2 Website content may be viewed, downloaded, or printed solely for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise permitted in writing.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 Use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and applicable Dutch data protection law.
8.2 Information provided by Customers may be used for order processing, customer support, and service improvement, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These T&C shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
9.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these T&C shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, typically the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Pepta Supply B.V.
Important Notes
• By using the Website or placing an Order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these T&C.
• Pepta Supply B.V. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel Orders where misuse, regulatory non-compliance, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Certain Products (such as blended peptide formulations or BAC water) may not include individual COAs but are supplied with batch/lot numbers and manufacturing documentation for traceability.
